Controls a growing business needs
As soon as a second person touches the books, you need to decide who can do what and keep a record of it. These controls are part of KD ERP itself, not an add-on.

What the platform does
Roles and permissions
Use the built-in roles or create your own. A person can hold several roles. Every action in the app checks a permission.
Approval workflows
Require one or more approvals, with amount thresholds, for payroll runs, final settlements, leave and quotations. The person who asked cannot approve their own request.
Notifications
A bell inside the app, and an email for an approval request.
Audit log
Every change is recorded with who, when, and the old and new values, with a history panel on records and a viewer for admins.
Gap-free numbers
Invoices, quotations, credit notes and journal vouchers get their number when they are issued, so the sequence has no holes.
Attachments
Attach files to records such as bills, assets and customers.
Safer sign-in
A new device needs a six-digit code sent by email. Trusted devices are remembered for 30 days. Sessions end after 30 idle days.
Several companies
One login can open several companies, each with its own letterhead, currency, books and users. Nothing is mixed.
Tracking numbers
Every record carries a 14-digit tracking ID that names its company, type and date, and the search box finds it directly.
What it does not do yet
So you do not find out after you start.
- There is no single sign-on with Microsoft or Google.
- Approvals apply only to payroll runs, settlements, leave and quotations, and only where you create a policy.

Can I stop someone seeing salaries?
Yes. Salary pages need a payroll permission, and roles are yours to define.
Can I see who changed an invoice?
Yes. The audit log shows the user, the time and the old and new values.
