The diary and the counter, in one system
KD ERP Bookings is the diary: who is free, in which room, for which service. KD ERP Salon is the counter: selling, stock, packages and what each stylist has earned. You can use the diary alone, for a clinic for instance, or both together.

A diary by day
See each stylist, doctor, room or piece of equipment as a column and the day's appointments in it.
Availability
The system checks working hours, time off and existing appointments before it lets two bookings clash.
Weekly rotas and time off
Set each person's working hours per weekday and add leave or breaks.
Several branches
Keep branches, and which resources and appointments belong to each.
Appointment life cycle
Pending, confirmed, in service, completed, cancelled or no-show. Mark whether it came from a walk-in, a phone call, or a repeat visit.
Counter sales
Sell services, products and packages. Take cash, card, online or bank payment, or leave it unpaid, and cancel a sale if you must.
Stock
Track retail products and consumables. Movements are recorded for purchase, sale, use in a service, waste and stock-take, with a valuation report.
Prepaid packages
Sell a package of sessions, and each visit uses one up until it is used up or expires.
Commission
Each stylist earns a percentage on the work they did. See what is owed, record a payout, and reverse one if needed.
Client card and loyalty
A profile for each client with history, and an optional loyalty discount you can switch on.
Into the books
Every sale, payment and payout posts to Accounting.
What it does not do yet
So you do not find out after you start.
- There is no public online booking page yet. Staff enter the appointments.
- It does not send appointment reminders by SMS or WhatsApp.
- It does not connect to card terminals. You record the card payment by hand.

Questions
Can I use the diary without the salon counter?
Yes. Bookings is a separate app. A clinic can use the diary and leave the counter off.
Does it work for more than one branch?
Yes. Branches are supported, and the diary can be read per branch.
How is commission worked out?
As a percentage of the sale for the person who did the work. You can see what is pending, pay it, and the payout posts to your books.
