Property dealing, from the first deposit to the keys
KD ERP Real Estate is for dealers who keep a stock of plots and houses, run deals that start with a deposit (bayana), and let properties where the landlord's money must never be mixed with yours.

What Real estate does
Properties and owners
Plots, houses, apartments, shops, offices, plazas, agricultural land and warehouses, each with an owner, a listing type (sale, rent or both), a status and photos.
People as they are named in contracts
Parties are kept with father or husband name and CNIC, so "son of", "daughter of" and "wife of" print correctly on the agreement. CNIC format is checked.
Sale deals
Move a deal from draft through negotiation, bayana received and agreement signed to completed. Record the bayana, instalments and final payment, and who received each: the seller or you.
Agreement to sell
The agreement prints on one A4 sheet with witnesses and signature space, in Urdu, English or both side by side. Payment receipts print on half a page.
Tenancies
Brokerage lets you introduce a tenant and take a fee. Managed tenancies mean you collect the rent for the owner. Both have an agreement you can print.
Rent collection
Generate the monthly rent charges, record receipts against them, waive a charge if you agree to, and print a rent receipt.
Owner payouts and statements
Rent collected for an owner is held as owed to the owner, not as your income. Record each payout and print an owner statement.
Commission invoices
Raise your commission as an invoice from a sale or a tenancy, and it joins your receivables.
What it does not do yet
So you do not find out after you start.
- It has no public listings website or portal feed. It is the back office.
- The agreement templates are general property sale and tenancy forms, in English, Urdu or both. Forms required by a local land registry are not included; we can build them as a company-specific module.
- There is no map view of properties.

Questions
Are contracts really printed in Urdu?
Yes. The agreement to sell and the tenancy agreement can print in Urdu, English or both. The Urdu is properly joined and runs right to left.
Does it keep the landlord's rent separate?
Yes. For a managed tenancy, rent you collect is recorded as owed to the landlord. When you pay it out, it clears. Your commission is raised separately.
Can I use it for properties in another country?
The money side works in AED and the other supported currencies. The agreement wording is general, so check the templates against your local practice first.
